Privacy Policy

This is a short policy because this is a small website that collects very little. Everything below describes what actually happens, rather than what a template says.

What this website collects

Almost nothing. There are no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising tags and no cookies of our own. There is no contact form that submits anywhere. The call, WhatsApp and email buttons hand the message to your own phone or mail app, so nothing reaches us until you choose to send it.

The one exception is the booking page, where our diary is embedded from Google Calendar. We do not load it unless you allow it. If you do, Google sets its own cookies, and the name, email address and phone number you enter to book a slot pass through Google to reach our calendar. There is more in our cookie policy.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and reliability. That is ordinary infrastructure logging, and it is not used to build a picture of individual visitors.

When you get in touch

If you call, email, message or book a consultation, we hold what you tell us: usually your name, contact details, and what you are looking to buy. We use it to reply to you, and if you go ahead, to do the work. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering an enquiry, and performance of a contract once you instruct us.

We do not sell your details, and enquiring does not add you to a marketing list. If you become a client we may need to share information with the solicitors, brokers or contractors working on your purchase, and with regulators or HMRC where the law requires it.

Enquiries that do not become work are kept for around two years and then deleted. Client records are kept longer, because anti-money-laundering and tax rules require it.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how it is being used, or ask for a copy. Email office@flavinpropertypartners.co.uk and we will respond within a month. If you are not happy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
